Client Services Representative

Established in 1978, Gatestone is a leading supplier of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services to major financial institutions, utilities, government entities, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities.


We are currently seeking a Client Services Representative, who will be responsible for all day-to-day interaction with assigned clients, acting as a liaison for operations and providing back up and support for other Client Services Representatives.


The position will involve: 

  • Prepare statements, direct requests, prepare settlement offers and back up requests for assigned clients
  • Interpret directives when responding to collection inquiries and follow up on client deliverables
  • Work with team members as back up and support for all clients
  • Complete special projects as required, such as ad hoc reports for placement totals, payments, and other statistics
  • Other duties as assigned

  •  A proven track record for demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness; looking for ways to improve and promote quality; applying feedback to improve performance; monitoring own work to ensure quality
  • Able to manage challenging customer situations; respond promptly to customer needs; solicit customer feedback to improve service; respond to requests for service and assistance; meet commitments
  • Effective communication skills: verbal, written, and listening
  • Punctual, is consistently at work and on time, ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent


  • O.S.S.D. or College graduate
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000 (Word & Excel)
